POSITION SUMMARY
Focus on account development and new accounts for the growth of Ad Sales by prospecting new business for Brazil.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Responsible for the digital advertising revenue and strategy for Discovery Brazil.
2. Responsible for working with the Brazil TV ad sales team in closing the digital elements of campaigns which include TV and digital combined.
3. Responsible for creating, presenting, and closing all digital concepts with the digital ad agencies and clients in Brazil.
4. Work with the Discovery Brazil VP of Ad Sales and regional digital ad sales VP on the strategy, and direct the digital planner in creative packages for clients integrating the full range of DLA’s integrated & digital opportunities, to achieve the revenue target & position Discovery as a digital expert in the market.
5. Responsible for the client relationship and client service aspects of account business, to include existing clients and the development of new business, continuing the leadership of Discovery in customer service.
Competências e experiências desejadas
REQUIREMENTS* Minimum of 4 years as sales/marketing professional in the Brazilian market,
* College degree a must, advanced degree preferred.
* Strong writing and presentations skills,
* Ability to create innovative sales packages for on-air, off-air and on-line products while maintaining price integrity.
* Strong knowledge of Brazilian advertising,
* Must speak Portuguese fluently, and also very strong in either Spanish or English (preferably both).
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
