The AdSales Manager of B2W Viagens will be responsible for advertising sales in Brazil, and in a near future, in Latin America. It will be responsible for the adsales management of 3 online travel agencies (Submarino Viagens, Americanas Viagens and Shoptime Viagens) as well as the recently launched travel guide Milevo.com.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with experience in onilne adsales focused on performance media. This is a business to be expanded in our company with great opportunities.
 

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the commercial team, budget and related resources to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Developing client portfolio: advertising agencies and direct clients
  • Developing sales packages and commercial solutions
  • Developing sales forecast
  • Competitive environement analysis
  • Inventory management
  • Post sales relationship

Competências e experiências desejadas

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in adsales or media roles
  • Experience on team leadership
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Hands-on, hard-working and motivated by a business in its building phase and able to thrive in a startup environment
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
  • Bi-lingual English/ Portuguese. Spanish is a plus

Submarino search engine marketing coordinator - São Paulo/SP

The Search Engine Marketing Coordinator of B2W Viagens will be responsible for defining the strategies and tactics of all SEM and Business Intelligence efforts in Brazil and in Latin America. They will be responsible for the search engine marketing management of 3 online travel agency brands (Submarino Viagens, Americanas Viagens and Shoptime Viagens) as well as the recently launched travel guide Milevo.com. They will be a results-driven leader with experience at consumer Internet companies building a large, loyal and engaged customer base. It will report to the General Marketing and Commercial Manager of Brazil and will work closely with the commercial and IT teams.

Responsibilities include:

Manage pay-per-click bids for several groups of SEM campaigns for branded and unbranded
pharmaceutical/healthcare web sites, serving multiple performance goals (CPC, enrollment conversions, engaged visits, SOV)


Identify landing pages,research/develop keywords and create headlines and description for paid ads


Build annual plans including SEM budgets, forecasts and goal metrics


Manage bids and budgets, testand optimize keywords and creative

 
Create, analyze and present monthly reports employing web analytics solutions such as Omniture and Google Analytics

Support SEO keyword research for client web site updates and launches

 
Run search engine ranking and inbound link reports
 
Write Meta (title and description) tags for client sites
 
Develop social media plans, manage display campaings

Competências e experiências desejadas

Hands-on, hard-working and motivated by a business in its building phase and able to thrive in a startup environment
 
Excellent communication skills both oral and written and a track record of working with senior management
 
Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively managed and communicate a performance driven business
 
Be capable of quickly learning the tools required for tracking and reporting including database querying technologies, 3rd party analytical tools etc.
 
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
 
Bi-lingual English/ Portuguese. Spanish is a plus
 
Minimum relevant work experience: 5 years of relevant SEM work, travel a plus
 
Experience with search engine bid management systems and web analytics tools

Strong understanding of or experience with organic search engine optimization (SEO) and reporting


Very strong demonstrated analytical skills, advanced Excel user


Experience in marketing performance analysis and reporting

 
Strong project management skills and great attention to detail
