The role: Channel Partner Marketing Manager, Channel Sales Team

You renew existing partnerships, optimize deals and upscale potential opportunities. You cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of Google's ever-growing suite of offerings. Your will be instrumental in growing revenue from existing and new partners by developing and executing joint marketing plans with our top tier channel partners in the LATAM region to support our channel revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the development and joint execution of comprehensive marketing plans with partners in the NA (or LATAM) region.
  • Be accountable for driving joint marketing plans and local partner events from development to implementation.
  • Review and approve all brand related questions on marketing assets, materials, and messaging for regional campaigns.
  • Track and report on partners’ ROI of joint marketing programs and sales contest initiatives. Partner closely with business development teams to develop and execute partner prospective and industry events in region.
  • Attend and represent channel sales marketing organization at Quarterly Business Reviews of all top tier partners on a regular basis (50% travel required). Develop regional PR/Communications Plans. Manage research/industry reports & subscriptions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

The role: Strategic Partner Manager, Channel Sales
Google's line of products and services to clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for striking and negotiating deals with Google's partners. Armed with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line, building pipeline, negotiating deals and helping partners build sales and account management functions. You also manage revenue creation and growth with our partners as part of our next generation of product launches. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players help shape great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Responsibilities:

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We're diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented engineers and managers working on a daily basis to develop data centers that are changing the face of contemporary computing facilities.

The role: Program Manager, Data Center Operations
As a highly motivated senior Program Manager you will have demonstrated experience in the area of complex, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed datacenter design, development and construction projects.

You will provide project management of large-scale datacenters, computer farms, networking, AC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. This role manages complex schedules, budgets, and broad inter- dependencies. You will have extensive experience managing large scale technical projects in a rapidly changing industry, be able to tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem solving leadership with limited oversight.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous datacenter projects from inception through completion.
  • Support special R&D experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
  • Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.
  • Maintain end to end responsibility from construction to deployment including.
  • Demonstrate superior performance in resolving highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.

Requirements:
  • B.S. is preferred, M.S. or PHD is a plus in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering; construction management, or related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience with datacenter equipment/environments, including switch gears, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems and working understanding of start up/commissioning processes is preferred.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents, and contracts of preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of large scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule within budget.
  • Spanish language proficiency required.

The role: Associate Product Marketing Manager, Large Advertiser and Agency Marketing
As a Marketing manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of our many Google products. Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (AdWords, AdSense, DoubleClick, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. The role enables you to shape the product development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build innovative marketing strategies and plans to drive large advertiser and agency education, engagement and product adoption.
  • Evangelize Google's message, best practices and perspectives to our customers and our industry peers via events, webinars, and other direct client communications channels.
  • Lead development of large advertiser and agency value propositions, working closely with sales and market insights team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Familiar with Brazil's Advertising Agencies
