Linkedin looks for Marketing Solutions Lead - São Paulo/SP

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with Marketing Solutions sales and global product marketig team develop strategy and plan for LinkedIn marketing solutions to help drive awareness and revenue across Latin America with an initial focus on Brazil
  • Drive and execute influence programs including localized research, thought leadership, agency education and advocacy and more to to increase awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention across of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions with the sales and product marketing teams.
  • Drive and execute marketing programs (including educational seminars, web seminars, trade events, email marketing, social marketing, SEM/SEO, advertising and more) to increase awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention across of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions with the sales and product marketing teams.
  • Drive and execute the development of agency relations initiatives
  • Support and execute on localized product launches
  • Measure and analyze results of programs across key marketing channels and optimize on an on-going basis
  • Drive efficiencies where necessary, to improve performance of overall marketing programs
  • Develop and localize content, marketing tools and sales tools
  • Compile and manage research for Canadian market including Comscore, Nielsen data, vertical studies, LinkedIn research network research and more.
  • Support customer growth campaigns to provide inventory for the Marketing Solutions team to sell (i.e.: increasing member segments)
  • Where required support industry and LinkedIn for Business marketing programs

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Amount of bookings that were credited to or nurtured by the processes and events mentioned above.
  • Brand awareness and understanding of LinkedIn marketing solutions
  • # of attendees driven to the events (cumulative and average / event).
  • Adoption of campaigns by other global regions as a result of the success of the campaign

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects that have tight deadlines, limited resources and cross-functional dependencies
  • Flexibility and collaboration with key teams, with ability to influence people and process outside immediate work group, and solid relationship building.
  • Strong execution and follow through ability
  • Proven track record of measuring and analyzing results, continuous feedback loop
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Experience in the advertising and marketing industry (both client and agency) an asset
  • Experience in trade marketing to Agencies and Adverstisers highly desirable
  • 3+ years in a similar position
  • Fluent in Portguese and English, Spanish also an asset
